Hi my name is Victor and I am 14. This is my first year with robotics so I have a lot to learn!
I’m on the woodworking sub team and currently we’re working on building the field. So far we’ve completed the hangar and the support structure for the upper hub. All we need to do now is screw the support structure and the upper Hub together. The next project for the Woodworking team is the robot’s bumper. The bumper has to be very precise and and sturdy in order to efficiently keep our robot from being damaged.
What I like about our robotics team is that the mentors are willing to volunteer their time to help teach me skills that will be useful for getting a job in the future.
